  • what ingredients do you use?

    for our sourdough, we use unbleached wheat flour, all purpose flour, water, sourdough starter (flour, water), salt.

    our add-ins include old cheddar, (we can also do lactose free cheddar), pickled jalapenos, blueberries, fresh lemon, cinnamon, pepperoni, herbs, marinara sauce, olives, and parm.

    our cupcakes have butter, milk, all purpose flour, salt, baking powder, chocolate, spices, icing sugar.

  • where are you located?

    we are located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada

  • do you ship within Canada and globally?

    no, we are unable to ship our items due to health/food regulations.

  • where do I pick up my order?

    pick up is located in Shawnessy, in the south west of Calgary.

  • what if I have allergies or food intolerances'?

    our plain sourdough is vegan with no dairy or meat products.

    our cupcakes can be made vegan (no eggs or dairy) made with oat milk or almond milk (which could slightly change the flavour).

    our cupcakes can also be made gluten free.

  • what if I need a bulk order?

    please fill out the contact us form to make arrangements. once the order has been created, we will send you an invoice which has to be paid before the items will be baked.

  • what are your baking days?

    our baking days for breads are Friday and Saturday for pick up on Saturday and Sunday. if you need to order for a special occasion, please fill out the contact form and we can work on the day that is best for you.
